Install the beta via TestFlight (iOS)

Once you’re accepted, we’ll email you an invite link. Use the steps below to get set up in a couple of minutes.

Tip: If you don’t see the invite email, check Promotions/Spam and search for “Menopathway TestFlight”.

Step-by-step

Install TestFlight

Download TestFlight from the App Store (Apple’s official beta app).

Open your invite email

Tap the invite link we send you. It will open in TestFlight and show Menopathway.

Install & allow notifications

Tap Install. We recommend enabling notifications so you receive gentle check-in reminders (optional).

When updates happen

New beta builds are delivered through TestFlight. You may see an “Update” button inside TestFlight. We’ll also email key release notes.

Troubleshooting

If your invite link won’t open, try copying the link and pasting it into Safari, then accept in TestFlight. If TestFlight says the build is unavailable, it may have expired — request a fresh invite and we’ll resend it.
